The technician was very friendly and professional. When I asked him if my furnace needed to be replaced, he was honest and said it was working perfectly fine. He could have tried to upsell me on something I didn’t need but he didn’t. I was very impressed with their customer-first approach.

Their technician, Paul arrived right on time and began his work immediately. I was impressed by the short time that he took to complete the job. I found the COVID protocols that JC Robinson had in place were excellent – they called before their tech arrived to ensure that we were healthy and well, and asked us to be masked if at all close to the tech, and to keep distant. The tech was great – he fixed my condensate pump by cleaning it and performed regular maintenance and my furnace is now purring like a kitten (and it definitely sounded a little grumpy before this maintenance visit). So happy with this interaction, I’ll definitely use them again.

JC Robinson, installed our furnace 10 + years ago. They have been doing the maintenance all these years. The quality of service has been excellent.
Our service person, Paul, has been servicing our home for 5+ years. He is excellent at informing us about what he is doing. He always arrives on time, and writes the best work service orders we have ever seen. If we have an issue, we pull out the paperwork he created on his last visit. If Paul is not available, the new person has all the information they need, to proceed with their work.
