J. C. Robinson Ltd. has done an excellent job for us. They came quickly on December 23rd when we had no heat and visitors for XMAS. In these days when we hear about exploitive furnace maintenance contracts, we feel fortunate to deal with a company that is so professional and pleasnat.
The technician was very friendly and professional. When I asked him if my furnace needed to be replaced, he was honest and said it was working perfectly fine. He could have tried to upsell me on something I didn’t need but he didn’t. I was very impressed with their customer-first approach.
I was very pleased that Robinson’s were able to schedule our annual furnace inspection within a reasonable time after my call. Their technician, Paul arrived right on time and began his work immediately. I was impressed by the short time that he took to complete the job. He even replaced the furnace air filter when he noticed that it was needed. This was another example of the good service we have received for many years as a Robinson’s customer.
Joseph and Zack did an excellent job in installing our new furnace. They were very professional and and when they were finished they cleaned up the area. They answered any questions that I had and provided some insight on how the furnace worked. We were very happy with their work and would recommend this company to anyone.
My furnace was out on one of the coldest mornings in January. I called J.C Robinson…they were able to get someone to my house in hours (even though I have no contract with their company) Caril came to my house was prompt and courteous …and had my furnace online in less than an hour!!! Fantastic!
I have been using JC Robinson for 10 years now, and have had recurring yearly maintenance contracts with them. They are responsive, professional and fair. I had to make an emergency call last night and Tom came to make sure there was no gas leak. He was great- he came quickly, was thorough and made us feel safe to stay in our house.
I found the COVID protocols that JC Robinson had in place were excellent – they called before their tech arrived to ensure that we were healthy and well, and asked us to be masked if at all close to the tech, and to keep distant. The tech was great – he fixed my condensate pump by cleaning it and performed regular maintenance and my furnace is now purring like a kitten (and it definitely sounded a little grumpy before this maintenance visit). So happy with this interaction, I’ll definitely use them again.
JC Robinson, installed our furnace 10 + years ago. They have been doing the maintenance all these years. The quality of service has been excellent.
Our service person, Paul, has been servicing our home for 5+ years. He is excellent at informing us about what he is doing. He always arrives on time, and writes the best work service orders we have ever seen. If we have an issue, we pull out the paperwork he created on his last visit. If Paul is not available, the new person has all the information they need, to proceed with their work.
