I have been using JC Robinson for 10 years now, and have had recurring yearly maintenance contracts with them. They are responsive, professional and fair. I found the COVID protocols that JC Robinson had in place were excellent – they called before their tech arrived to ensure that we were healthy and well, and asked us to be masked if at all close to the tech, and to keep distant. The tech was great – he fixed my condensate pump by cleaning it and performed regular maintenance and my furnace is now purring like a kitten (and it definitely sounded a little grumpy before this maintenance visit). So happy with this interaction, I’ll definitely use them again.
