I was very pleased that Robinson’s were able to schedule our annual furnace inspection within a reasonable time after my call. Their technician, Paul arrived right on time and began his work immediately. I was impressed by the short time that he took to complete the job. He even replaced the furnace air filter when he noticed that it was needed. This was another example of the good service we have received for many years as a Robinson’s customer.

I found the COVID protocols that JC Robinson had in place were excellent – they called before their tech arrived to ensure that we were healthy and well, and asked us to be masked if at all close to the tech, and to keep distant. The tech was great – he fixed my condensate pump by cleaning it and performed regular maintenance and my furnace is now purring like a kitten (and it definitely sounded a little grumpy before this maintenance visit). So happy with this interaction, I’ll definitely use them again.

He always arrives on time, and writes the best work service orders we have ever seen. If we have an issue, we pull out the paperwork he created on his last visit. If Paul is not available, the new person has all the information they need, to proceed with their work.
